Hannah Schwartz
VP for business development and innovation, Kafrit Group Education – bachelor’s degree in economics and business administration Nadav has been with the Kafrit Group since 2002 and has filled a series of senior positions in the areas of procurement, finances and business development. Nadav served as the Group’s VP for finances as well as CEO of Kafrit Israel. In each of his positions, Nadav accompanied the technological staff and assisted in outlining the company’s strategy for development and innovation. He currently oversees innovation for the company and manages the area of marketing and technology in Israel.

Over the years Shirit has served in key roles at major business organizations including: VP for finances at Gadot-Agro; director of economic affairs & strategic analysis and director of finances (operations) at Netafim; senior economist for Bezeq 013 Communications; and referring officer in the budgets department at the Ministry of Finance.

Hannah Schwartz
Education – BSc in physics and chemistry.
Hanna specializes in the development and production of polymer additives (in concentrate) and various polymer compounds. She has vast experience in the development of polymer-based formulations, additives, stabilizers, and various active ingredients. In addition, she is uniquely experienced in the domain of nanoparticles. Over the past 15 years Hanna has served as director of development for Kafrit – in charge of R&D and the development of polymer additives.

Ro’i Levi
Education – bachelor's degree in plastics engineering.
Ro'i has worked at Kafrit since 2012 and has extensive experience in the field of plastics. He started his path at Kafrit as a product engineer in the domain of plastic sheeting and is specifically experienced in the development of sheet composition. In recent years he has been involved in advancing the Group's marketing and sales. Aside from his overall responsibility for the company's sales in Israel, Ro'i is involved in developing new markets, identifying market trends and adapting products and solutions according to those trends.

Reuven Ulmansky

For some two decades, Reuven has served as a managing partner of a leading consulting company- strategic consultants for innovation, strategy and entrepreneurship. He has served in senior administrative and engineering roles for a number of major organizations including IAI (Israel Aerospace Industries), Intel, and Koor Industries Ltd. Reuven is a founding partner of Israel's first micro VC fund, and serves as a chairman of the board and a director for a number of technological firms.
